Part of the pitch process, NBC had such a positive receiption of the new peacock look it then became the new corportate logo and have been used in all mediums since.

These various frames were developed to help with general direction of NBC's logo and how it could be used in an Ident. Certain design queues. including the logo have been implimented into the current branding.
